14-Day Hassle-Free Returns (India Only)
We offer a 14-day Free return policy within India, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required
Return requests must be initiated from the “My Orders” section on www.zenlyf.com.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zenlyf.com, along with clear photos.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
Free Return Shipping (Within India)
For all approved returns within India, Zenlyf will arrange free return pickup or provide return shipping instructions at no cost to the customer.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting support@zenlyf.com.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return policy will apply.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- You will be notified regarding the approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
